The National Science Week 2025 opening ceremony marks the beginning of Uganda's most celebrated annual science and innovation festival. Themed 'Made in Uganda: Innovation to Market', this flagship event will gather researchers, entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, and science enthusiasts for five transformative days of exhibitions, workshops, and high-level dialogues.
The ceremony will feature opening addresses from the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, as well as a keynote address from a distinguished international science leader. Attendees will witness the unveiling of Uganda's most groundbreaking local innovations, live demonstrations of cutting-edge technology, and the announcement of national science awards.
